EVENT REGISTRATION:
Q: If I register, and not able to attend, can I expect to get a return on my registration?
A: Yes. Our Cancellation Policy states - Full refund for cancellations requested by April 30, 2023. Any refund request between May 1 and June 19, 2023 will incur a $25.00 Admin Fee. No refunds will be issued after June 19, 2023.
Q: When can I check-in to pick-up my registration packet?
A: Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, June 30th.
Q: Am I able to bring a guest to the Friday or Saturday night dinners?
A: Yes. We have added the ability to register a guest for the Friday and/or Saturday night dinners to the website. You will need to register them as a separate registration if you’ve already registered for the event. Cost for guests are as follows: Friday night - $70.00 / Saturday night $76.00 per guest.
Q: will I be able to participate virtually?
A: Unfortunately, only a few registered for virtual by May 1, and this was not enough to cover the special costs of providing the virtual option.
Q: What is the dress code for the event?
A: The dress code for the weekend is business casual with an option to dress up on Saturday evening. We suggest you dress in layers and bring a sweater, wrap or light jacket as the temperature at the venue can vary.
HOTEL:
Q: How long will the special hotel rate of $174.00 + tax be available?
A: We encourage everyone to register early to assure reserving a room at the beautiful Indianapolis Marriott Downtown or the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown. The rate will be available until June 2, 2023 or when the rooms are filled. Note that there are limited rooms for the conference at each hotel. Check the NAIDM hotel registration page for additional information and reserve your room.
Q: Is there a one-day rate?
A: No. You are welcome to join us as your schedule allows, but everyone must register for the full weekend rate.
Q: Is there a parking fee?
A: Parking at the Marriott Downtown Garage is $47 per night. There are other parking options available near the hotels at a lower rate. Please visit the NAIDM23 website information page to see parking options.
Q: Is there airport transportation?
A: The hotel does not offer transportation from the airport to the hotel. Transportation from the airport to the hotel can be secured via taxi, Uber, Lyft or black car service. Please visit https://www.ind.com/transportation-car-rental to see all options.
