FAQ's

EVENT REGISTRATION:

Q: If I register, and not able to attend, can I expect to get a return on my registration?

A: Yes.  Full refund for cancellations requested by April 30, 2025. Any refund request between May 1 and June 5, 2025 will incur a $25.00 Admin Fee. No refunds will be issued after June 6, 2025.

Q. What meals are included with my registration?

A. Registration includes Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday Brunch.

Q: When can I check-in to pick-up my registration packet?

A: Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, June 20th.

 

Q: Am I able to bring a guest to the Friday or Saturday night dinners?

A: Yes.  We have added the ability to register a guest for the Friday and/or Saturday night dinners to the website.  You will need to register them as a separate registration if you’ve already registered for the event.  Cost for guests are as follows:  Friday night - $80.00 / Saturday night $80.00 per guest. 

 

Q: will I be able to participate virtually?

A: Unfortunately, no, we are not providing a virtual option for this event.

Q: Is there a one-day rate?

A: No. You are welcome to join us as your schedule allows, but everyone must register for the full weekend rate.

 

Q: What is the dress code for the event?

A:  The dress code for the weekend is business casual with an option to dress up on Saturday evening.  We suggest you dress in layers and bring a sweater, wrap or light jacket as the temperature at the venue can vary.

 

HOTEL:

Q: How long will the special hotel rate of $169.00 + tax be available?

A: We encourage everyone to register early to assure reserving a room at the Detroit Sheraton Novi.  The rate will be available until May 19th, 2025 or when the rooms are filled.  Note that there are limited rooms for the conference the hotel.  Check the NAIDM hotel registration page for additional information and reserve your room.

Q. What other food options are available?

A. The hotel has a full service restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

 

Q: Is there a parking fee?

A: There is no parking fee at the hotel. 

 

Q: Is there airport transportation?

A: The hotel does not offer transportation from the airport to the hotel.  Transportation from the airport to the hotel can be secured via taxi, Uber, Lyft or black car service.  Please visit https://www.metroairport.com/to-from-dtw to see all options.

Q: Will you be planning a tour for Zontians attending?

A: We are not pre-arranging tours.  The Detroit area offers everything from great restaurants and fascinating museums to river cruises and major sporting events.
