North American Inter-District Meetings are comprised of Zontians across the USA and Canada and are held every-other year, opposite our Zonta International Convention. 

 

NAIDM carries the organization and mission support of Zonta International, but not financial support.  Therefore, each biennial NAIDM is fully self-supporting.  We rely on sponsorships to help fund the event. 

 

All Zontians attending are paid attendees, including the planning committees, Zonta International officers/committee chairs and members of the Zonta International Board.

 

Zonta workshop facilitators and speakers are not remunerated.  Keynote or special emphasis speakers may receive an honorarium in order to maintain the highest quality presenters.

 

NAIDM provides keynote addresses as well as multiple educational tracks to prepare attendees as they advance Zonta’s mission.  Educational tracks may include (but are not limited to) Advocacy, Leadership Development, Membership Growth, Local/Global Impact (of programming, advocacy and service).
